Orders typically process within 3–5 business days, unless a product page states preorder or made-to-order timing. Preorder windows are estimates and may shift with production — we'll keep you updated by email.

Rates

• FREE standard shipping on orders over $150.
• Orders under $150 ship at a flat standard rate shown at checkout.

Where we ship

We currently ship to United States and Canada. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination. You'll receive tracking by email once your order ships.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country, unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Y NOT? isn't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer; reshipping costs for returned packages are the customer's responsibility.

Lost or stolen packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact our contact page. We'll help file a claim with the carrier; replacement or reimbursement may depend on the carrier's investigation.
